All sales are final unless damage occurs during shipment.
Items Damaged in Shipping
Return eligibility for item(s) that have been damaged in shipping or are otherwise defective will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us immediately if your item(s) arrives in less than perfect condition. Photos of the damage and a thorough description of the condition of the item(s) is generally helpful.
Authorized returns (for items damaged during shipment) must be received within 30 days in order to be eligible for refund. Returns not received within this time period will be cancelled and will no longer qualify for a refund.
Late Deliveries
We are unable to guarantee delivery times frames for any orders and we are unable to accept refund or return requests due to concerns caused by shipping delays that are beyond our control.
